The staff were extremely courteous across board - whether in person or over the phone. The room was very well prepared and clean with superb amenities. The food was very good and arrived on time. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I wish we had more time to stay there. The best Hotel experience I've had in a long time and definitely the best customer service experience I've had in Ibadan. I hope they keep it up.
